Refund policy

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, has any fitting issue, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To verify the same we need the proofs such as in the form of live video recorded by the end-user. The video needs to be shared with us within 24 hours from the time of delivery along with an exchange request through email at


Regarding eligibility for exchange, please refer to the 'damages & issues' section. In case of an exchange, the item needs to be returned to our studio in unused condition and original packaging. The exchange item will only be dispatched after we will receive the damaged/defective product and verify the same with the proofs provided by you.

Also, the request for exchange needs to be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product, and the pickup will be arranged by us. No exchange request will be entertained after 24 hours of the delivery time.

As our products are bespoke hand painted, our refund policy is only applicable if the order is cancelled within 48 hours and the eligible refund amount will be as below:

  • 100% refund of the order value, only deducting the payment gateway charges, if the cancellation is requested within 24 hours from the time of placing the order
  • 75% refund of the order value, if the cancellation is requested between 24 to 48 hours from the time of placing the order.
  • Any refund request, after 48 hours from the time of placing the order will not be entertained.
  • Cancellation
  • Under unavoidable circumstances, if the order cannot be delivered, the order will get cancelled and the money will be refunded.
  • The refund request needs to be raised through email at from the same email id as of order.
